Africa Eats is a directory for discovering African restaurants and similar venues. Some listings are added by their owners; others are imported from public map data (OpenStreetMap) and may be incomplete or out of date. We don't guarantee the accuracy of any listing — always confirm hours and details directly with the restaurant.

Pickup/dine-in requests placed through the site are a message to the restaurant, not a payment or a binding order. We don't process payments or guarantee fulfillment.

You own what you post — reviews, photos, and messages. By posting, you give Africa Eats permission to display it on the site. You're responsible for what you post: don't post anything false, defamatory, or that you don't have the right to share.

Don't post fake reviews, spam, scrape the site at scale, attempt to claim a business you don't own, or try to disrupt the service. We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and running, but we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on listing data.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
